Daniel Peterson
Dan is an experienced litigator who represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of civil matters.
His litigation practice focuses on disputes involving real estate and title, construction and construction liens, condominium and homeowner association issues, contracts, breaches of fiduciary duty, probate matters, landlord-tenant conflicts, and personal injury cases involving vehicle and bicycle accidents.
Beyond litigation, Dan has handled multi-million-dollar sales of real estate and businesses. He regularly assists clients with contract drafting and review, and corporate governance for corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and condominium and homeowner associations.
Before attending law school, Dan studied geology at the undergraduate and graduate levels. His background in the natural sciences has shaped his analytical approach to complex problems.
Dan finds his greatest fulfillment in helping clients understand their options and make well-informed decisions, both in litigation and transactional matters.
He is also an avid baseball and Brewers fan, and a longtime recreational volleyball player and bowler.
