Cody spent time as the Union City Tenant Advocate, where he counseled disadvantaged clients through various landlord-tenant issues. During his time as a Tenant Advocate, Cody took more than 100 cases to disposition through mediation and trials. Through this experience, he gained invaluable courtroom skills that he will use to make compelling and well-reasoned arguments on your behalf.
Cody is an experienced litigator in jury trial settings, defending property owners against government entities in eminent domain actions. He understands the preparation and dedication required to guide a jury through the facts in a way that keeps them engaged and informed.
