She prioritizes warmth and attention to detail, making sure every call, visitor, and request is handled promptly and reaches the right person while also helping the attorneys and other staff with day-to-day needs.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Kentucky and has a strong background in science and clinical research.

She spent over a year as a student clinical research assistant at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Before joining Zimmer & Rens, she interned with the District II Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Outside of the office, Caroline loves running, reading, and trying new coffee shops.
